Sport is becoming an essential part of life when you start to perform exercises on a regular basis. There comes a day when it is impossible to imagine your routine without a daily physical activity. But this rule also works vice versa. Just one skip of a training session makes you relaxed, and you immediately start accumulating laziness. It will be hard for you to bring yourself to do sports after a week without exercises, even if recently you were doing everything without hesitation!
