This is the safe and efficient path to muscle mass building and creating the desired well-defined muscle appearance. During this course, we increase the weight with which we work and the number of sets in multi-sets of exercises. As a result we will achieve an increase in weight and strength development for the next stage.

After preparation, we add new training exercises to use a wider range of muscles. This is the minimum course for significant changes in your muscles development.
