About the program

My weight loss fitness program is designed not to only reduce weight, but to lose fat while preserving muscle mass. The main thing is to select appropriate amount of calorise to consume on daily basis, using an exercise program, that include strength training and cardio. The purpose is to find balance between energy in and energy out. I educate my clients on proper and healthy nutrition without starving. I teach strategies on how to stay on track, how to overcome obstacles and how to adopt new healthy lifestyle modifications.
